Residency is limited and renewed annually.
WHAT RESIDENCY IS
PARLO Residency is a year-long partnership for organizations and brands that want to host PARLO Labs—physical post-round environments designed for women athletes.
Residency partners do not join PARLO.
They host it.
Residency allows PARLO Labs to be delivered consistently, without requiring the founder to be present at every event
WHAT RESIDENCY INCLUDES

Each Residency includes the right to host 1 Lab annually.
Each Lab includes:
A defined arrival and departure schedule
Recovery zones
PARLO garments, materials, and objects
Clear interaction guidelines
Optional athlete reflection or archive contribution

Residency partners receive a PARLO Lab Kit and Playbook, including:
Co-created list of physical materials and garments
Environmental standards (sound, layout, pacing)
Setup and breakdown instructions
What the Lab is—and what it is not

Residency partners receive priority seasonal access to the PARLO Clubhouse for team members, staff, and tournament or event athletes.
Athletes who experience a PARLO Lab may receive invitation-based access to join the Clubhouse individually.

Once per year, Residency partners receive a curation review to assess delivery, refine future Labs, and confirm renewal eligibility.
Residency is renewed annually and remains limited.

BASE RESIDENCY
$30,000–$45,000 annually
Includes:
1 PARLO Lab
Resident Archive contribution
Priority access to PARLO membership for staff members
EXPANDED RESIDENCY
$90,000–$150,000 annually
Includes all Base Residency offerings plus:
Enhanced materials and garments
VIP admission to all founder-curated Labs (limited spots available)
